Breath and Yoga

Cara will lead you through a spirit focused class for 1-hour to energize your body, mind, and soul. The class starts with a period of grounding focusing on the breath(pranayama) then progresses onto Asana poses and Vinyasa flow practice to merge the inner and outer body. The grand finale is a mindful meditation where music and sound bowls may be incorporated. Class is $15 per person or $12 for an 8 class plan ($96 total).
