South Bay Writers features Rebecca Gomez Farrell

Rebecca Gomez Farrell is a former Communications Director for the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association. As a speculative fiction writer, she has published both novels and short fiction. She also blogs about food & drink at thegourmez.com.

Becca is passionate about helping her fellow writers, and has run multiple writer critique and support groups over the years. In December, she participated in the San Jose Library's first ever Writers Critique Clinic, which was held in association with their Local Lit event. She will be speaking at our June meeting about critique group styles, formats, and expectations, with information that can help us become better at providing and receiving feedback on our work.
