I’ll be guiding you through this experience with the soothing sounds of my handpan, guitar, singing bowls, gong, and synthesizer. It’s all about creating space for you to connect, relax, and recharge as we move into spring and full moon.

We'll begin with gentle breath work to harmonize our bodies and minds, preparing us for a journey into the realms of dreamland.

As you meditate, allow the magical binaural beats of the singing bowls to gently wash away stress and anxiety, creating a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace. Envision yourself cocooned in warmth, wrapped in soft blankets and soothing eye masks, surrendering to the cosmic symphony that transcends time and space.

Embark on a guided exploration led by your subconscious, traversing from the depths of oceans to soaring on flying carpets, wandering through the lush Amazon jungles, and discovering your inner sanctuary bathed in golden light, where you dance gracefully with whales.
