Box office hours:
Our box office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am - 3:30pm and Friday from 8:30am - 3pm. Any questions, refund requests, or transfer requests submitted after the box office has closed will be answered the following business day. The only exceptions are requests for same day performances or weekend performances.

For faster service, if you cannot locate your ticket(s) for any reason please use the self help ticket locator BEFORE contacting the box office. If you still can’t find them, click “contact the organizer” and include the email the ticket(s) were purchased under. If you have the order number as well that will help expedite your request.
