Yin Yoga with a Traditional Chinese Medicine influence

Join us for a weekly Yin Yoga class designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the self.

Through long-held, supported postures and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we work with the fascia and meridians of the body – accessing deeper layers where emotion and tension often live.

Each week, we focus on a different set of meridian pathways, which means a unique combination of organs, emotions, and elemental energies. Every class becomes its own inner journey – deeply intentional and attuned to what you may need.

This gentle yet powerful practice creates space to unwind physically, explore inwardly, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
