Slowing down isn’t always easy - especially when your nervous system is stuck in high alert. Sound Cloud is your soft landing space this summer: A 60-minute weekly session to gently shift from stress to calm using breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing.

Tiny steps. No pressure. Just time to soften, release, and feel held.
