After long days filled with screens, sitting, rushing, and thinking, our bodies crave something different - grounding, movement, awareness, breath.
"Movement is Medicine" is an ongoing 6-week course to help you reconnect - to your body, to your breath, and to your sense of balance.
Each session is a pause. A reset. A space to move in a way that feels good and functional, and to unwind patterns that build up over time.

This course blends the LYT Yoga® method, grounded in physical therapy, with nervous system-informed practices and simple tools you can integrate into your daily rhythm.
