🌿 Alchemy Yoga: a journey through the elements

Alchemy yoga is yoga of the elements. Through our different class types you can experience different approaches to yoga & in turn different aspects of yourself.

Each Tuesday, we explore a different elemental energy:
🌊 Water invites fluidity, creativity, and emotional expression
🌍 Earth brings grounding, strength, and steadiness
🔥 Fire builds vitality, courage, and inner power

During our sessions it is less about how the pose looks, and more about what it opens within. In this space, yoga is used as a tool for self-discovery — a way to connect with the most honest, aligned version of yourself. It’s not about whether you can do a headstand. It’s about showing up, moving with awareness, and learning to listen to what your body and energy need. Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience level. This practice meets you exactly where you are.
