San Francisco Fixer Upper Properties Tour

Find great opportunities here in the San Francisco Bay Area and make a huge profit! We will tour properties no more than 70% of a property's estimated value after repairs (ARV). These are great opportunities to make hundreds of thousands of dollars! I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years and I have helped many buyers and have flipped a few homes myself!

• We will tour a minimum of 4-5 properties primarily in San Francisco.

• We will learn about the strategies on how to find them and to maximize your investment.

• We will talk about ways that we can fund the loan. Have several sources.

• We will look at properties that are under 1.5 million dollars.

• Example A: Purchase property at $750000. $130000 for remodeling commissions and closing. Sell at $980000. Profit $100000.

• Example B: Purchase property at $1000000. $200000 cost for remodeling commissions and closing. Sell at $1400000. Profit $200000.

• Example C: Purchase property at $1400000. $300000 cost for remodeling commissions and closing. Sell at $2000000. Profit $300000.

We will meet first at my office at 1653 Irving Street at 10am. Tour should be done by 12pm. We could do Q&As for another hour after.
