Rebirthing - The Primal Breathwork with Priya
This is not your typical breathwork class. Join Priya for a powerful, active session designed to release stuck emotional energy and create real transformation. Through focused breathing, you’ll access deeper layers of the psyche and body, allowing unresolved emotions and tension to surface and move. Expect intensity, vulnerability, and profound release.
This practice requires effort, presence, and a willingness to feel. It is not relaxing—but it is deeply freeing. If you’re ready to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner clarity, this class offers a safe and supportive space to do just that.
Please wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to move and breathe deeply.
