Jeffersonian Dinners are a get-together over dinner where one meaningful conversation is shared, exchanging different perspectives. The dinners originated in the 1800s with President Thomas Jefferson.
Our topic this evening will be The Future of San Francisco. We'll discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the city, including housing affordability, urban development and cultural innovations.
Questions to unpack include -
*What are the most effective strategies San Francisco can adopt to increase affordable housing while minimizing displacement and gentrification?
*How can San Francisco encourage sustainable, mixed-income neighborhoods that foster both economic growth and social equity?
*How can San Francisco maintain its cultural vibrancy and diversity amid rapid economic and demographic change?
Dinner will include a delicious buffet with meat, gluten free and vegan options. Beer and wine available for purchase.
We encourage attendees to come alone and meet new people.
We'll email guests again as we get closer with further details.
If you need financial assistance please email THVpcyB8IHdlbGNvbWV0b21hbm55cyAhIGNvbQ== - a limited numbrer of discounted dinners will be available.
