"In the Joy of Others" Family Walkathon

Join us for the annual BAPS Charities “In the Joy of Others” Walkathon on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM at Marina Green in San Francisco!

This community-centered, family-friendly event brings together people of all ages to promote health, unity, and service. The morning begins with group yoga on the green, followed by a short community program and a 3K walk along San Francisco’s scenic waterfront.

This year, 75% of proceeds will support BAPS Charities’ nationwide service initiatives, and 25% will be donated to the San Francisco Firefighters Cancer Prevention Foundation, which works to reduce cancer risk and provide early detection support for our city’s brave firefighters.

This event is a fundraising event open to the public and costs $10 per person (plus any taxes/fees collected by Eventbrite). Additional donations are encouraged but not required. Join thousands walking across 100+ BAPS Charities centers nationwide during this same weekend to support local and global causes.
