Herbal Medicine Making Circle with Lemon Balm in White Crane Springs Garden

This experiential and hands-on gathering is for those who’d like to learn more about the wisdom, plant and healing properties of working with herbs, flowers, trees and wild medicinal plants in-person in a community garden.

We’ll come together in one of San Francisco’s lovely community gardens, and work with Lemon Balm to make a powerful remedy for stress, colds/flus and more. You’ll leave this class feeling inspired, even more connected to the natural world and the healing properties of our “green allies.” In this session you'll get to take home an herbal remedy that we made together.

Note : This class will be outdoors at the White Crane Springs community garden in the Inner Sunset, so please make sure to dress accordingly with warm and cool layers as we know the weather can shift easily in the Bay Area.

This class is open to those who are curious, and want to deepen in their awareness of working with the medicine of the “green realm” in a very hands-on and experiential way.

6/8 at 2pm - 3:30pm : Lemon Balm

An incredible herb in the mint family, this plant delivers support for stress, immunity and better sleep.

7/13 at 2pm - 3:30pm : Lavender

Famed for its calming properties, Lavender offers a wide array of incredible health benefits for calming the mind, body and more!

8/10 at 2pm - 3:30pm : Calendula

One of the most prized herbs for the way it helps skin - both inside and out, calendula is an incredible herb for making lush skin oils and creams (and inflammation calming tea!).

9/14 at 2pm - 3:30pm : Sage, Oregano + Thyme

These herbs are incredible and highly effective for immune boosting, in addition to being delicious and great in cooking. Learn how to work with these three in teas, oils, cough syrup, gargles and. more!

10/12 at 2pm - 3:30pm : Rosemary

This plant is not only delicious, but really an incredible heart tonic and warming herb that boosts circulation and overall health.
