All ForEVER Package attendees must present a valid, physical government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in to confirm their identity.

• Valid IDs must include the attendee’s full legal name, date of birth, and photo.
• Printed copies, screenshots, or digital photographs of IDs will not be accepted.
• The name on the ID must match the Event Attendee Information submitted at checkout and the issued QR code.
• Mismatched names, invalid IDs (e.g., credit cards), or failure to present documentation will result in denied entry to the Benefit Package activities. No refunds or transfers will be offered.

Minors:

• Attendees under 18 may present multiple forms of government-issued ID to verify their identity.
• Depending on venue policy, a parent or guardian may be required to attend.
• Attendees under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Both must have the same concert admission and benefit package ticket.
