Deru: We Will Live On

Join Deru for a rare live performance of his acoustic piano album We Will Live On, played on three custom-built robotic player pianos created in collaboration with artist/programmer Scott Brewer.

The album poses quiet, profound questions about legacy — both personal and collective. Will we live on, and in what way?

This one-of-a-kind, immersive experience surrounds the audience with a constellation of sound — with pianos, resonators, and guitar amplifiers positioned throughout the space — blurring the lines between performance, installation, and memory.
