Couples Connection: A Partner Massage Workshop to Deepen Intimacy

Join us at the Center SF for an evening of partner massage that will leave you and your partner feeling connected, at ease, and empowered. After a short circle drop in for intention setting and questions, Alexis will guide you through a simple weaving of connection exercises and key massage and breathwork techniques/ tools for Deeper Intimacy with ourselves and partner. These are tools you can incorporate into your daily or weekly ritual practices to cultivate a stronger bond and move live better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Throughout our time together, you will be guided to listen, attune, and engage with your partner in a way that provides for a deeper sense of safety and restoration. You’ll learn specific massage techniques so you don't wear yourself out. Massage should feel rejuvenating for the receiver AND the giver.

With prompted check ins, you’ll walk away with a better understanding of how to ask for what you want and Identify what works for your partner. This provides for an experience of increased connection with oneself and one another.

What to Bring:

-2 small firm pillows and any blankets you desire to get comfortable.

-We will be working with oil on the back and neck, bring a robe or a shirt that is easy to take on and off for practice, a pillow case for cover if/when working face up

-Small towel for hands

-Bring your own massage oil: almond, coconut, jojoba, or olive oil are great options, there will be small bottles with aromatherapy for sale

Price: $222 per couple / early bird $200/ $250 at the door

*Doors open at 6:20pm for set up; Doors close at 6:30pm. Please arrive on time or early for set up. No admission if arriving more than 15 minutes late.
