Buttercream & Bubbles: A Cake Decorating Class (#2)

Join us for an intimate, hands-on cake decorating class led by Spruce’s acclaimed pastry team. Each guest will receive their own 6-inch cake—pre-assembled, layered, and crumb coated—ready to be transformed into a personal masterpiece and taken home at the end of class.

Individual decorating stations will be fully equipped with everything needed for success: offset spatulas, bench scrapers, piping bags with assorted tips, a variety of buttercream colors, and edible decorations like sprinkles, candied citrus, and fresh flowers.

As you decorate, enjoy sips of Champagne and a selection of savory and sweet canapés. Our pastry chefs will guide the class with live demonstrations and one-on-one instruction, with plenty of time for questions along the way.

Class includes: One 6-inch cake with box, instruction, tool kit, Champagne and small bites, and an apron.

Space is limited. This class is designed for adults.
