Sunset Cliffs Hatha and Nidra Yoga

In the first half of this class we will practice Hatha Yoga, deeply stretching out the body. In the second half we will move into Yoga Nidra where I will guide you through a deeply restorative and healing meditation, bringing you into a liminal place between waking and sleeping where your personal seeds of positive affirmations can be planted throughout the layers of your whole being.
