Breathwork in the Barrio (and Yin!)

This session is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and re-center- all within a space that honors creativity, culture, and collective care.

This class is open to all levels. No experience is necessary.

• Breathwork- to calm the nervous system and settle the mind
• Yin Yoga- a slow, meditative practice with longer-held postures
• A quiet space to reflect, reset, and soften into stillness
• Respect for the space and community holding us

• A yoga mat
• Comfortable clothes
• Water
• Optional- any props that can help you feel more comfortable. A pillow, blanket, bolster, block, etc.

By registering for and attending Breathwork in the Barrio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that yoga, breathwork, and any movement-based practices involve physical activity and carry some inherent risk. I affirm that I am voluntarily participating in this class and am physically capable of doing so. I take full responsibility for my health and well-being during the session.

I hereby release the facilitator(s), the gallery or event space, and any associated parties from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to injuries or damages that may arise from my participation in this event.

I understand that this is a community wellness offering and not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. I will listen to my body, honor my limits, and seek professional guidance if needed.

By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
