I'll send you over a liability form and this will help me make sure we have enough snacks & drinks for everyone during our social hour! The workout will be a Full Body workout around an hour to an hour & a half with intentional conversation starters & a coach to help you do movements correctly! Come hangout, meet someone, & get a great workout to kick off the weekend.
