Join BODYBAR Pilates La Jolla-UTC for a FREE mat Pilates class at Standley Park/Recreation Center. We’re taking our workout outdoors for a fun and energizing session that’ll leave you feeling strong, stretched, and totally refreshed. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just Pilates-curious, all levels are welcome!

🕙 Time: Class starts at 10 AM sharp, but please arrive 10-15 min early to check in
