International Pop Overthrow San Diego

The IPO festival is back in San Diego for our 10th year: Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16, once again at The Black Cat Bar! IPO San Diego will feature 12 of the best pop and rock acts from San Diego and Los Angeles!
