Join Vuori Fashion Valley for an ACTV Club IRL on May 25th led by Alexis Denney. Enjoy a peaceful morning starting with a gentle, grounding slow flow yoga session suitable for all levels, designed to ease you into a state of relaxation. After moving through mindful breath and movement, sink into stillness and let go as Alexis guides you through a soul-soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Be sure to stay after class for shopping and refreshments!
Please bring a yoga mat.
