Yucali is an interdisciplinary artist based in the SF Bay Area whose work weaves together Zen philosophy, calligraphy, and the flowing movement of Wushu. Inspired by nature, world literature, and traditional Japanese aesthetics, she creates meditative, visually poetic works that invite quiet reflection.

Also as a committed community artist and educator, Yucali teaches through Art Bias partnerships with One Step Beyond and HIP Housing, and serves as lead mentor for the Creative Youth Mentorship Program. Her recent public artwork, Blossoms – International Friendship Mural in downtown San Carlos, reflects her dedication to cultural connection and contemplative creativity.
