Wellness at The Tobin Center 2025

Prioritize your well-being with Wellness at The Tobin, a series of free, uplifting events designed to nurture your mind, body, and community. This program offers something for everyone, whether you’re looking to energize, unwind, or find balance.

Generously supported by H-E-B and University Health, these 60-minute sessions take place at the scenic Will Naylor Riverwalk Plaza (weather permitting; indoor location TBA in case of inclement weather).

Duration: 60 minutes
What to Bring/Wear: Items vary by class—please see the class pages for specific recommendations (e.g., yoga mats, supportive shoes, water bottles, etc.).

Location: Will Naylor Riverwalk Plaza at The Tobin Center
Free Parking: Available from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the surface lot at 142 Auditorium Circle, with additional street parking options nearby.
