You'll pick up tips on baking techniques and, working with a small group, create three classic cookies with a twist: chocolate chip cookies that include a brown cane sugar used throughout Latin America that produces a deeper, caramel note; a sugar cookie that is transformed with baking spices and pistachios; and a traditional shortbread cookie that includes hazelnut meal and a chocolate drizzle garnish.
