Curious Twins Paranormal will offer a unique one-of-a-kind tour & open investigation of a real haunted San Antonio property. Victoria's Black Swan Inn sits upon the site of two former Texas battles as well as indigenous burial. It was once an iconic dairy farm, and has been the site of several deaths, rumors, and perhaps a murder.

This investigation is limited to 20 people max so that guests can investigate multiple areas of the entire property in a more intimate setting.

• 1-hour detailed historic tour of the grounds, and home.
• 2-hour open investigation with provided paranormal equipment. Guests can also bring their own equipment.
