FRANK LISENBEE
Frank is an award-winning speaker, nationally-published author, and executive coach with over 38 years of experience leading people and managing organizations of up to 4,800 personnel. In 2014, he founded Gravity Leadership & Management, LLC as well as Healthcare Compliance Readiness (HCR) which provides executive consulting, human resources, and compliance support to over 144 businesses across the country. Frank is a graduate of the USAF Senior Noncommissioned Officers’ Academy and holds degrees in Dental Sciences and Human Resources Management. He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and teaches Leadership & Management as well as Entrepreneurship for the University of Texas San Antonio - Small Business Development Center.
JENNIFER BAUGHER
With over 28 years of experience in healthcare, human resources, and team leadership, Jennifer has unparalleled skills in nearly every facet of management. While on active duty with the Air Force, she served as a Dental Group Practice Manager and later completed a special duty assignment as a Leadership Training Instructor. After retiring from the military, Jennifer worked as the VP of Clinical Operations for a large national dental organization. She is a USAF Noncommissioned Officers’ Academy graduate and holds degrees in Dental Sciences and Instructor Technology. Jennifer currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at HCR, and teaches people skills and Colors personality profiling for numerous government and private sector organizations.
