Greg Dial clinic - Clear Communication

Third of a three part clinic series by Greg Dial (see more info in pinned post) Regardless of what we do with our horses, communicating requires a language, and it’s not a monologue. Learning to listen to our horses, and learning to request movement with a vocabulary that makes sense, helps promote a secure, meaningful “conversation.” We’ll explore the building blocks of language: pressure, release, and dwell, along with the more subtle aspects of recognizing the “try”, delivering cues with timing, and finding that mysterious “feel”. We’ll find the horse has a lot to say, once we give them a chance.


Clinic fee is $150. $75 non refundable deposit holds your spot, full balance due by May 14
