Sunday Stoat 🥾 Ayrshire Coastal Path, Saltcoats to Irvine

We will meet for this out and back stoat 🥾 at 9am ⏰ at Saltcoats beach 🏖️ where some of us will be camping from the night before 🏕️🚐 anyone is welcome to join us at the camp out even if they do not plan on coming the stoat. Michael won’t be stoating so he would welcome some company for a dip in the sea in the morning 🌊

This is a biggie at around 19+ miles, so it’s not for the faint hearted ❤️

The terrain will be a mixture of well paved and rougher paths so appropriate footwear is advised 🥾 With it being a coastal path we will also be exposed to the elements ☀️🌧️💨 so layers and waterproofs are essential 🧣🧤

Daylight is no longer on our side, we are estimating this walk to take around 8+ hours so we should be prepared for the possibility of it starting to get dark by the time we finish 🌃

After the stoat we will be cooling of our achy feet and legs in the sea 🌊 so come prepared with a costume and towel if you fancy dipping too 👙🩳
