Reiki Refresh (Level 2 & Above)
Whether you’ve taken a break, trained some time ago, or just feel a little out of touch with your practice, this half-day session offers a supportive space to reconnect with Reiki in a grounded and meaningful way.

Over the course of the afternoon, we’ll revisit key practitioner-level techniques — including the use of symbols, distance healing, and hands-on energy work. There’ll be time to ask questions, share experiences, and reflect on what Reiki means to you now, wherever you are on your journey.

You’ll be guided through short exercises to rebuild confidence and clarity in your practice. The session will also include time for shared healing, and we’ll close with a group treatment — a chance to receive, reset, and leave feeling nourished and reconnected.

There’s no pressure to perform or prove anything — just space to return to the energy, remember what’s already within you, and feel supported as you step back into practice.


Open to all Level 2 and Master practitioners, no matter where you trained. £65
