Deep Relaxation & Sound Bath - Wednesday

Step into a world of tranquility with our sound baths, where the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other instruments guide you on a journey to deep relaxation. Arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting and get yourself settled on the mat (chairs are available for those that would prefer sitting). We start with a guided meditation before beginning the harmonious experience. Please try to bring a blanket and cushion with you to help you feel more comfortable. We have some available, but having your own is always better.
