Crochet Catch Up is a relaxed, supportive session for anyone who knows the basic stitches and wants to build confidence, skills, and enjoyment through regular crochet practice.
This class is suitable for those who can make a foundation chain and work double crochet (UK terms), right through to more experienced crocheters. It’s not a complete beginners class — instead, it offers a welcoming space for learning, problem-solving, and developing your crochet at your own pace.
Each session is shaped around the needs of the group and may include support with:
Understanding and following patterns
Learning new stitches and techniques
Crocheting in the round
Making up garments and finishing projects
Troubleshooting when things don’t go quite to plan
You’re welcome to bring along your current project or start something new with guidance and encouragement on hand. This is a friendly, non-judgemental space where questions are always welcome and everyone works at their own level.
With regular attendance, many people find their confidence grows naturally, making it easier to take on more ambitious projects and enjoy crochet as a steady, creative practice.
This class is included within our memberships, supporting ongoing learning and creative connection.
Spaces are limited — booking is essential. £10 per class
Tea, encouragement, and gentle guidance provided.
