A sound bath is a deeply restful, immersive experience where you lie down and are guided into relaxation through sound and vibration. Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, and chimes are played in a slow, intentional way, creating layered sound waves that help the body settle and the mind soften. You are not required to meditate or “do” anything — the sound supports the process for you.
This session is more than an hour of rest — it’s a practice of returning to yourself.
Our Deep Relaxation & Sound Bath is designed to support your nervous system over time, helping you move out of constant “doing” and into a state where your body can truly rest, repair, and rebalance. Through the steady, grounding presence of sound, the body is given the conditions it needs to release tension and reset.

This class is included within our memberships, making it easy to build regular rest into your life. Classes cost £12 per person pay as you go
Spaces are limited — booking is essential.
Please bring blankets, cushions, and anything you need to feel fully supported.
