Skinningrove Heritage Walks

Join our team of experienced guides on a walk through the historical village of Skinningrove!

Use photo packs provided by the museum to identify and explore heritage landmarks, and learn about what made mining communities like this one the ideal place to live for the Victorian Working Class!

Discover hidden histories and see the remains of industry that are still prominent today - if you know where to look!

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the walks but unfortunately are not allowed inside the museum.

Please meet at the museum ten minutes before the walk starts.

Walks will take place between 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm on the following days:
