During the course, you will:
• Receive four traditional Reiki attunements
• Learn about the history and philosophy of Reiki (Usui method)
• Explore the chakra system and the human energy field
• Be introduced to the Five Reiki Principles
• Practice self-treatment and giving Reiki to others
• Discover how Reiki can support your personal growth and well-being
