On Sunday, October 19 • 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, join Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi for a morning of practice at Two Arrows Zen.

Sunday Sitting is open to all. For beginners, it’s a chance to learn the fundamentals of posture, breath, and presence in a supportive setting. For experienced practitioners, it’s an opportunity to deepen your zazen and reconnect with the heart of Zen practice.

Come as you are. Sit down. Breathe. Let the practice do the work.
