Kintsugi Grief Group (4 week series)

Kintsugi is a technique that symbolizes healing and resilience. Has grief, loss, and hardship broken your heart open. In the repair of your brokenness you can be stronger, more precious, and more beautiful.
This 4 week class will be a deep dive in to the Kitsugi process and its metaphor around our grief. We will provide support for each other on this journey as we break our bowl and repair it one peice at a time. The group will incorporate mindfulness, psycho-education around grief, journaling prompts, ritual, and group support.
Join us for a healing experience using the Kintsugi process as a metaphor for healing around grief.
