On Saturday, October 4 at 7:45 AM MT, join us for a morning of sitting with Michael Mugaku Zimmerman (Mugaku Roshi). In the stillness of meditation, we discover the richness of silence, presence, and the simple act of being.

This gathering is an invitation to return to the cushion, to drop into the practice of Zen, and to let the mind settle. All are welcome—whether you are brand new to Zen or a long-time practitioner.
