Root & Bloom | Reset for Renewal ~ A Half-Day Retreat w/ Ian and Sunne with The Local Co-Op

Join us for a ceremony of renewal and restoration. Beginning at 1:30 PM, Ian Napper will guide a Forest Bathing session at Sugarhouse Park. Following this grounding experience, we’ll gather a short distance away at The Local Co-Op studio in Sugar House for transformative practices including affirmation-building activities, a TRE (Tension Release Exercises) session led by Sunné East, and Yoga Nidra accompanied by live flute music with Ian. The day ends with a nourishing community potluck meal, offering space to connect and integrate the experiences shared.
