These by-donation classes are about more than yoga—they’re about community. About forming the village we all crave in motherhood. About allowing your child to play freely at your side while you ground into your body and heart, surrounded by other women who get it and held in mother natures beauty.


Let’s gather in the sunshine, stretch, laugh, share, and remember: you were never meant to do this alone.


Open to all moms and caregivers. No yoga experience needed. Just bring a mat, your little ones, and your beautiful self.
