Memorial bench in honour of lives lost to Overdose/drug poisoning

Salmon Arms first ever unveiling of memorial bench. In honour of those who have lost their lives to overdose.

From 681 Marine Park Drive, Shuswap family Center, Salmon arm
10:00am-1:00pm

10:15 am - Opening ceremony and indigenous smudge
10:30 am - Indegenous drumming
11:00 am - Jay Genaille will be preforming his indigenous hoop dancing

For international overdose awareness day
Information booths will be available and other resources offered from Shuswap Family Center, Interior Health, moms stop the harm

Limited moccasins will be available to purchase, all proceeds go to the memorial bench project.
