ABOUT GARRETT
Garrett describes his music as Northwest Americana, a genre that paints the roots and soul of classic country and other American music styles across the vivid landscapes and waterways between the Cascade and Olympic mountains of Washington state where he was born and raised. It’s the kind of music one could expect to find played around a campfire in the backwoods.
With intrinsic influence coming from the land he grew up in, Garrett set out across the country to ply and develop his trade in Nashville, TN. There he studies his musical heroes like Johnny Cash and John Prine, who helped make Nashville the songwriting presence it is, in order to cut his own section of trail in the American songscape.

ABOUT ODIE & I
THE STORY BEHIND THE STORYTELLER
Tulsa-based Odie & I has arrived on the scene and dimmed the lights on the way in. Mixing elements of blues, folk, and country, the band's raw, guttural sounds of this band may haunt your soul or set it free. With the second album "Appalachian Blues" due out March 20, movement is on the horizon.
Inspired by both the culture and people of the mountains of central Appalachia, West Virginia is worn upon Odie & I's sleeve. Literally. Long fascinated with art of storytelling, the story of the song takes center stage in each of Odie & I's tunes. Generations of overcoming struggles with hard labor, poverty, addiction, and mental health combine with the sad traditional folk songs and murder ballads that echoed through the mountains to shape a songwriting perspective like no other. Known for the intensity of the live performance, you can't help but wonder if the stories are true.
With a new record out this spring and more in the works, Odie & I's voice is only beginning to be heard. Check out the music, catch a show, follow along, and join the story of a true storyteller.
