Yoga for Beginners with Sheri (Series)

Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this four week series offers a gentle, supportive space to build confidence and connection. You'll explore foundational poses while learning to link breath with movement, cultivating strength, flexibility, and ease. No experience or flexibility required. Just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

Mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets & straps provided.
