This is more than a sound bath. It’s a seasonal portal of release, renewal, and reconnection. Bathe in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gentle breathwork, and guided tones that open the heart and settle the nervous system. Summer Solstice is a powerful time to align with light — both outside and within.
