Peach Canning Class

Spend a morning learning from OSU Extension Service on how to can peaches! The peaches will be peaches from our orchard. Peaches are delicious and a summer favorite, but they have such a short season. Canning them is a great way to make them last all year round. Learn from the Marion County Extension Master Food Preservers in this Hands-On Workshop. You will learn how to select and prepare peaches for canning. Safe and modern preservation methods, and have a hands-on experience with tested recipes. The class is from 10:00am-12:30pm, the class costs $35/person, and you get to take the peaches you can home with you!
