Join us for a Farm to Fork dinner at E.Z. Orchards on Saturday, August 16th, 2024. You will be seated at an elegant long table set for 80 guests in one of our apple orchards.
Enjoy a delicious and beautiful meal from the bounty of the Willamette Valley, prepared from Trellis. Trellis of Dundee brings people together to enjoy the best that Oregon has to offer in an approachable way. With a wealth of local and seasonal produce, high quality Willamette Valley wines, and the best cooking and serving talent the area has to offer.
Trellis being from Dundee is surrounded by wine country and have lots of experience in making paired meals with their neighbor vineyards. Which is why their meal will pair perfectly with the local wine maker that will be featured at this dinner. Sass winery will be the featured wine for this dinner, and the wine makers themselves will be in attendance! It is sure to be an educational evening as we hear from the chefs and winemakers about the paired meal.
Due to demand, this year we are adding a non-alcoholic pairing for both dinners. There will be non-alccoholic pairings with each course. The wine and non-alcoholic pairing menu will be released at a later date.
Trellis will bring their wood fired brick oven for the E.Z. Orchards farm to fork dinner for preparing your meal. A meal that is sure to delight your taste buds. The dinner will consist of four courses, each paired with a cider or wine. Cost is $120 per person, includes wine and non-alcoholic pairings.
Dinner will start at 6:00 PM and meet at the Lavender Garden by the Shortcake Stand. See the menu in the photos below. You will be contacted with questions about yourself and guests, for seating arrangements and food/allergy restrictions.
