Painting Prosaic Realism w/ Matt Chinian

Sign up for one of our painting classes taught by local urban landscape painter Matt Chinian!

With basic “tools” producing an accurate depiction of what’s in front of you is easy! (no it’s hard, but achievable) In this workshop, Matt Chinian will introduce the “sight-size” method, a basic concept in observational realism, and how to apply it to painting urban landscapes. Matt Chinian will do a short demo, then we will spread out on the SAW campus and paint.
