5:30pm: Shoes available for trial
6:15pm: Run/walk begins from GFR
7:00pm: Demos returned, then raffle
7:05pm: After Place - Venti's!

Distance: 5k run or 2-mile walk at Riverfront and Minto
Cost: FREE!

GFR Monday RunDay is casual and social for all paces. Great way to end Monday and meet new runners and walkers!
