Join us in the heat of summer for a traditional 200 hour yoga teacher training led by Erika and Hannah of Dóchas School of Yoga and Rooted Rose Recreation.
Walk the path through this intensive training this harvest season, through weekend immersions with specialized and experiential workshops and virtual sessions. Build community, grow as a yoga student, step into the seat of the teacher, and conclude with a New England weekend getaway for graduation! Deepen your devotion to the understanding of the important aspects of yoga, and living as a yogi. Hannah and Erika both have thousands of hours of teaching experience, leading classes, workshops, and immersive offerings over the years in schools, community centers, hospitals, studios, and both local and international retreats.

• Defining your roots as a yoga teacher
• What are your ethics as a yoga teacher?
• Expressive arts, chakras
• Bhakti Yoga
• Kirtan, mantras
• Anatomy
• Pranayama
• Sequencing, planning classes, setting a sacred space
• Props for restorative yoga, to advancing modifications
• Experienced and specialized workshops with yoga teacher trainers
• Prenatal and Postnatal
• Music, networking, collaboration, mentoring, managing your new yoga career if you choose to teach
• How to create practices with the ebb and flow of the seasons, theming with the seasons and lunar cycles to enhance the practice and your continual growth consistency
